Stuart Students Chosen for ThinkÂ鶹APP: Â鶹APP Ideas Week Program
Two Stuart students, Irma Rios (B.S. BA) and Rachel Choe (M.B.A./M.S. MAC) were selected to participate in the ThinkÂ鶹APP: Â鶹APP Ideas Week program, which will run from October 15-17. As finalists, these students (along with eight other Illinois Tech students and a total of 150 representatives from universities across the country) will have a behind-the-scenes look at Â鶹APP Ideas Week, including opportunities to visit business headquarters, directly engage with local tech entrepreneurs, and meet the leaders of some of today's most innovative tech companies. Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Â鶹APP-based technologists and entrepreneurs will host a series of discussions, including a panel where ThinkÂ鶹APP students will pitch tech solutions that could improve the quality of life for Â鶹APPans. ThinkÂ鶹APP is hosted by Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Â鶹APP Ideas, the University of Illinois, and World Business Â鶹APP.
